Q + A
What is a soft RSVP?
A soft RSVP is an informal way for us to get an idea of who’s planning to attend our wedding events before the official RSVP date. It helps us with initial headcounts for things like transportation, seating, and activities. Don’t worry—it’s not set in stone! You’ll still have the chance to submit your final RSVP closer to the wedding date.
When should I RSVP by?
We’d love to receive your soft RSVP as soon as possible so we can plan ahead for transportation, seating, and activities. Once we send out our official invites, your final RSVP should be submitted by September 1st, 2025, so we can finalize all the details for our big day.
What is the dress code?
For our Wedding Day, we’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Please dress to impress in cocktail to formal attire (mid to floor length dresses/pants for women, and suits for men - ties optional because we're on vacation!). If you'd like to match our wedding party, we encourage warm tones such as yellow, orange, green, brown, and similar shades.
The entire wedding will take place outdoors, so keep in mind that Cabo in December will be warm, with temperatures in the 80s during the day and cooling down to the low 60s at night.
For our Something Blue Sunset Sail, we kindly ask that all guests wear any shade of blue. Dressy Casual attire is suggested.
We also request that women avoid wearing white, ivory, champagne, or cream-colored attire.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones at our wedding unless specifically indicated on your invitation envelope. If you’re unsure, simply type in your name when submitting your RSVP, and you’ll see if a plus one has been included.
We want everyone to share in the celebration and will ensure you’re surrounded by familiar and friendly company. Thank you for your understanding!
Can I bring my kids?
We adore your little ones; however, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event, with the exception of children in our immediate family. We hope you’ll use this time to relax and enjoy a fun, well-deserved vacation!
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We will be having an unplugged ceremony, which means we kindly ask that all phones and cameras be silenced and put away once the ceremony begins. We want you to be fully present with us, and this will also allow our photographer to capture the best moments—don’t worry, we’ll be sharing those photos with you!
We want to see your beautiful faces in the audience, not your phones. Once cocktail hour begins, feel free to take as many pictures as you’d like, and don’t forget to share them with us!
